The Holliston, MA veterinary practice I work at was privately owned by a local veterinarian for 40+ years before it was acquired by an international corporation. The staff has since worked tirelessly to make this transition as smooth as possible for existing clientele, and to adjust practice protocol to align with Banfield’s corporate standards. Maintaining an active Instagram presence from an account exclusive to the Holliston Banfield location helps the hospital connect with clients and demonstrate the same level of quality, compassionate care as before the hospital’s acquisition. I managed all content creation, optimization, and interaction for the account from August 2021 – April 2022. Below you will see examples of posts aimed towards the goals of promoting benefits exclusive to Banfield, showing hospital’s culture, and creatively marketing available positions.
